The Privacy Pledge

We collect only the information needed to operate Predicai, review submissions, process payments, and improve the product responsibly. We do not sell personal data. Ever. We do not use your submissions to train public AI models. Your work is yours.

We use submissions only to provide the service, review your work, and improve Predicai responsibly. Nothing more.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the service:

• Account information — email address, used to deliver Signal and communicate about your Academy enrollment or Shield subscription
• Submissions and uploaded content — work you submit through Academy for human review; stored securely and deleted on request, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements
• Payment metadata — processed by Stripe; Predicai receives confirmation of payment but does not store card numbers or payment credentials
• Usage and technical data — page views, referrers, approximate country, device type, browser type, and aggregated performance metrics; collected through privacy-first analytics with no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking
• Support communications — emails you send us; retained for operational and legal recordkeeping

We do not collect data from minors. Predicai products are for users 18 and over.

What We Never Do

• Sell your personal data to third parties — under any circumstances
• Use your submissions to train public AI models
• Share your personal data without your explicit consent, except as required by law
• Use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral profiling
• Lock you in — you can export or delete your data at any time

How We Use Data

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Operate Academy, Shield, and Signal and deliver the services you enrolled in
• Conduct human review of Academy submissions
• Process and verify payments
• Respond to support requests
• Send operational communications about your account (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product responsibly

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that affects your rights or access.

Cookies & Analytics

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for session management, login state, and security; cannot be disabled without breaking the service
• Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that tracks page views, referrers, country-level location, and device/browser type in aggregate; no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers

We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking of any kind. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings without losing access to any Predicai functionality.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Account and enrollment data — retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
• Academy submissions — retained for the duration of your enrollment; deleted on request or upon account closure, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal compliance
• Shield subscription data — retained while your subscription is active; deleted on cancellation or request
• Signal subscriber data — retained until you unsubscribe
• Support emails — retained for operational and legal recordkeeping in accordance with applicable law
• Analytics data — retained in aggregated form per Plausible’s standard retention window
• Payment records — retained as required by tax and financial regulations

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and card credentials are never stored directly by Predicai. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Export — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

Third Parties

We work with a small number of trusted service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing; governed by Stripe’s privacy policy
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first analytics; no personal identifiers shared
• Email service provider — used to deliver Signal and account communications; email addresses are shared only for delivery purposes

We do not sell data to any of these providers, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Acquisition Clause

In the event of an acquisition, merger, or ownership change, any successor organization must honor the commitments in this policy. Users will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to export or delete their data before any material change in data handling takes effect. Your trust is not a bargaining chip.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
