The Privacy Pledge
We collect only the information needed to operate Predicai, review submissions, process payments, and improve the product responsibly. We do not sell personal data. Ever. We do not train public AI models on your submissions. Your work is yours.
What we collect
- Email address — to deliver Signal and communicate about your account
- Course and tool submissions — stored securely for human review, deleted on request
- Payment information — processed by Stripe, never stored by Predicai directly
- Usage data — aggregated, privacy-conscious analytics (Plausible — no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking)
What we never do
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your submissions to train public AI models
- Share your data without your explicit consent
- Lock you in — export or delete your data at any time
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and login. We use privacy-first analytics with no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Course submissions are retained for the duration of your enrollment. Signal subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Request deletion at any time by emailing hello@predicai.ai.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and never stored directly by Predicai. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.
Your data rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@predicai.ai to request access, export, or deletion. We typically respond within 5 business days.
The Acquisition Clause
In the event of an acquisition or ownership change, any successor organization must honor the commitments in this policy. Users will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to export or delete their data before any material change in data handling takes effect. Your trust is not a bargaining chip.
