Academy Syllabus

Five levels.
Two tracks.

The full Predicai Academy curriculum. Builder Track covers Levels 1–3. Advanced Track covers Levels 4–5 and the Capstone System Dossier. Level 3 earns the Builder Milestone. Final certification is awarded at the Capstone. The syllabus below is universal — the levels, structure, and review standard apply to every learner. Role Packs define what Gold looks like inside specific functions like Sales, Chief of Staff, Operations, RevOps, and HR. See Role Architecture →

Builder Track Levels 1–3 — public enrollment — individual capability — earns Builder Milestone

“You’re getting output. It’s just never quite right — and you don’t know why it works when it does.”

Deliverable — Intent Protocol Submission: Define a real work task using all seven components: Role, Context, Task, Constraints, Success Criteria, Output Format, and Reasoning Path. Submit for human review. The goal is not a better prompt — it is a structure that produces consistent, defensible output.

“You’re busy all week, but nothing actually moves forward. The same tasks came back on Monday.”

Deliverable — Workflow Audit: Run a 3-day time audit across all recurring tasks. Classify each as Automate, Augment, or Human-Only. Identify your two highest-leverage AI opportunities and quantify the time recovery in hours per week. The output is a documented leverage map — not a list of tasks you could theoretically automate.

“You can get isolated wins, but nothing repeatable survives beyond one chat session.”

Deliverable — System Toolkit: Convert a real workflow into a repeatable operating system — prompt library, context anchors, reusable structures — that others can pick up and run with minimal interpretation. This is where isolated prompting becomes a working system that does not depend on you to explain it every time. Passing Level 3 earns the Builder Milestone. Final Predicai certification is awarded only at the Capstone.

Advanced Track Levels 4–5 + Capstone — application required — governance & operating model

“You need AI to inform judgment, not just generate content. And you need to know when to trust it.”

Deliverable — Signal Map + HITL Layer: Use AI to identify weak signals across real data. Build scenario models. Define confidence thresholds and establish a Human-in-the-Loop governance layer: at what point does the AI stop, who monitors it, and what is the rollback protocol.

“You need AI capability to scale across a team — not depend on one power user who explains it every time.”

Deliverable — Operating Model: Define ownership, rules, escalation paths, review steps, and enablement protocols so the system works without you being the bottleneck. The operating model must demonstrate that capability could transfer to a colleague without losing fidelity.

“You are no longer proving isolated skill. You are proving a working system.”

Deliverable — System Dossier: All five levels validated as one connected operating system. The Capstone requires three components submitted together: a Business Case with ROI logic, a System Logic artifact showing how all five level artifacts govern each other, and a Operating Model that demonstrates the system could run without you present. Final Predicai Certification is awarded here. Not at Level 3. Not on completion. At the Capstone, reviewed by a human Predicai architect as one connected operating system.

Advanced Track requires Builder Track completion or demonstrated equivalent capability. Advanced Track enrollment is by application and fit review. Scope is customized to the engagement.
