Using Predicai

By using any Predicai product — Academy or Signal — you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to purchase. You may not use Predicai products for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and Predicai for use of our products. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your data.

Academy

Academy is structured as two tracks. Builder Track (Levels 1–3) builds individual capability in your own work. Advanced Track (Levels 4–5 and the Capstone System Dossier) covers governance, operating model design, and team-level system validation. Both are scoped through an intro call before enrollment.

Your Academy enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access credentials, transfer your account to another person, or sell your enrollment. Advancement is earned through submission and human review — you may not advance without submitting real work for review by a Predicai architect.

Certification. Completing Level 3 earns the Builder Milestone. Final Predicai certification is awarded only upon passing the Capstone System Dossier, which requires all five levels to be completed and validated as one connected operating system. Certification reflects your demonstrated capability and is issued to you individually.

Engagement terms. Scope, fees, and refund or cancellation terms are agreed upon in writing prior to enrollment, based on the conversation during the scoping call.

Signal

Signal is free. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any issue. We may discontinue Signal with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Back issues remain available in the Signal Archive.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Predicai does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to the payment processor’s terms.

Prices are displayed in USD. All charges are final unless a refund is explicitly covered by the refund policies above. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@predicai.ai within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Predicai products for unlawful purposes or to facilitate harm to others
• Share, resell, or distribute Academy access or content without written permission
• Submit false or fabricated work for human review
• Misrepresent Predicai certification or credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary curriculum content at scale
• Use Predicai tools to build competing products without prior agreement

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action accordingly, including account suspension or termination.

Accounts & Suspension

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to other users or to Predicai. In cases of termination for cause, refunds are not issued. In cases of suspension pending review, we will communicate the reason and expected timeline.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when complete.

Intellectual Property

The Predicai curriculum, frameworks, brand assets, and published content are owned by Predicai and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your work and submissions remain yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you create using our tools or submit through Academy. We do not use your submissions to train public AI models.

You grant Predicai a limited license to store and process your submitted work for the sole purpose of providing human review and Academy services. This license ends if you delete your account.

Your use of Predicai does not grant you the right to reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute Predicai curriculum, frameworks, or proprietary content without written permission.

Disclaimers

Predicai products are provided in good faith and are designed to help you build structured AI capability and protect your family. However:

• Academy teaches frameworks and methods. You remain responsible for how you apply them. AI outputs you generate using Academy methods are your responsibility.
• Signal provides editorial intelligence, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not make consequential decisions based solely on Signal content.

The human in the loop — you — remains accountable for final decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predicai’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to Predicai in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Predicai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our products.

Changes to Services & Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers and enrolled Academy users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature with reasonable notice. For paid products, if we discontinue a feature you paid for, we will offer a prorated refund or an equivalent alternative.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings.
