Academy
Three things. First, Builder Track gives you access, but advancement must be earned — every level unlocks only after real work is reviewed by a human against the 7 Gates defined in The Standard. Second, Academy teaches durable system design, not vague prompting. Third, final certification is awarded through the Capstone System Dossier after all five levels are completed and validated as one connected operating system.
Builder Track covers Levels 1–3 and is designed for individuals building capability in their own work. Advanced Track covers Levels 4–5 and the Capstone — governance, operating model design, and system-level validation. It is for operators, executives, and teams responsible for how AI works across an organization. Both are scoped to the work you're trying to do. Schedule a call → to walk through which fits.
Yes. The five-level Academy system is universal — the levels, the standard, and the review model do not change. What changes is what “Gold” looks like inside each role. Role Packs define the role-specific scenarios, artifact context, and Gold benchmarks for Sales / GTM, Chief of Staff, Operations / Marketing, RevOps, and HR / People Ops — with Finance, Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Clinical Ops in the pipeline. This is how one system scales across an enterprise without rewriting the curriculum for every team. See Role Architecture →
No. Level 3 marks the Builder Milestone — the first major proof point in the system. Final certification is awarded through the Capstone System Dossier after all five levels are completed and validated as one connected operating system.
No. Academy is built for operators, consultants, executives, and team leaders. Every workflow runs in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion. No code required.
You get specific feedback from a human reviewer and resubmit. No penalty, no time limit. You advance when your work holds up against the 7 Gates — not before. See the full Standard →
It is self-paced. Most people complete Builder Track over 2–4 weeks while working full-time. The full five-level program varies based on pace, review cycles, and whether the work is individual or team-based. Your access does not expire.
A human Predicai architect — not an automated system. Public review target: within 48 business hours.
We scope programs on the call before anyone commits. If neither Builder Track nor Advanced Track is right for what you’re trying to do, we’ll say so directly — and point you toward what would actually help.
Signal
Most AI content tells you what launched. Signal tells you what shifted underneath — what changed in how work gets done, and what to do next.
Published when there is something genuinely worth your time. Never daily. Signal is designed for quality and timing, not volume.
Yes, always. No paid tier. No premium archive. No upsell in the emails.

Academy programs are scoped to fit the work you’re trying to do. The right program depends on whether you’re building individual capability or hardening systems across a team. Schedule a call — we’ll walk through what you’re building and which program fits.
Because your capability should be permanent. We teach durable frameworks — the Intent Protocol, the 7 Gates, and the Agentic Blueprint — that survive tool changes. The frameworks you build are governed by The Standard — designed to hold up as tools change and systems evolve. Learn more →
