1. The Academy

Predicai™ is an educational platform designed for professional capability building. We provide frameworks, protocols, and strategic guidance. We do not provide legal, financial, or specific business advice. Your results depend entirely on your application of these tools.

2. Intellectual Property

All core artifacts—including but not limited to The Time Ledger™, The Intent Protocol™, The Agentic Blueprint™, and The Strategic Doctrine™—are the intellectual property of Predicai. You are granted a license to use these artifacts for your personal work and within your internal teams.

Restriction: You may not repackage, resell, or distribute these frameworks as a competing course, consultancy offering, or public template library without explicit written permission.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Self-Paced Academy / Founding Members: Because these offerings grant immediate access to proprietary systems, frameworks, and digital assets, all sales are final once access is granted. We do not offer refunds on Self-Paced or Founding Member purchases.

The Accelerator (Cohort): You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund up to five (5) days prior to the published cohort start date. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the start date, or after the cohort begins, are non-refundable.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Notion login credentials. Sharing your account access with non-members is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

Predicai fosters a community of architects. Harassment, hate speech, or the posting of illegal content within our community channels (Notion, Facebook, Slack) will result in immediate banishment.

6. Limitations of Use & Liability

Predicai provides educational content intended for professional development. We do not guarantee sales performance, operational outcomes, or business results. You are solely responsible for how you apply the materials and frameworks provided within the Academy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predicai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools or guidance.

7. Use of AI Tools

Some Predicai components use third-party AI services (such as ChatGPT). By using these tools, you agree to their respective terms of service. Please avoid entering confidential or unredacted information into any AI system during training submissions or lab exercises.

8. Changes to These Terms

Predicai may update these Terms as we evolve. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Academy constitutes acceptance of any changes.
