At Predicai™, we treat data governance as a capability, not just compliance. This policy outlines how we handle your information, your artifacts, and your privacy within the Academy ecosystem.

⚠️ The Predicai AI Doctrine

We do not use your data to train public models.

Any artifact you submit (Intent Protocols, Time Ledgers, Signal Maps) is treated as proprietary to you. We do not share, sell, or feed your submissions into public LLMs (like ChatGPT or Claude) for training purposes without your explicit written consent.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to facilitate your learning path ("Builder" or "Leader"):

Identity Data: Name, email address, and LinkedIn profile URL (via Tally forms).
Artifact Data: Documents you upload for certification (e.g., PDF protocols, Notion links).
Usage Data: Progress tracking within the Notion Portal and payment history via Stripe.

2. How We Protect Your Data

We utilize enterprise-grade third-party platforms to secure your data in transit and at rest:

Payments: Processed securely via Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
Curriculum: Hosted on Notion, utilizing their SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure.
Data Collection: Managed via Tally, encrypted via TLS 1.2+.

Note on Encryption: While our vendors utilize standard encryption, Predicai is currently in a "Build Year" phase. We are actively developing additional internal encryption layers for sensitive artifact storage. Please do not upload PII (Personal Identifiable Information) or unredacted trade secrets into your coursework.

3. The "No PII" Rule

As per our Strategic Doctrine (Section 3: Governance), you must sanitize all artifacts before submission:

Redact client names ($250k Client Risk scenario).
Remove specific employee names from Time Ledgers.
Generalize proprietary data in Signal Maps.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Founding Member data to maintain your lifetime rate lock. You may request full deletion of your account and artifacts at any time by contacting hello@predicai.ai.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with the service providers listed above (Stripe, Notion, Tally, Cloudflare) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Academy service.
